About
I specialise in body work and somatic awareness, recognising that body awareness often holds the key to emotional understanding. The work here, I have found is slowing down enough in ourselves, to listen to what the body is telling us. That is how I work with my clients.
While my in-person sessions provide a focused container in the therapy room, my walk and talk therapy offers a unique way to process “stuck” emotions through gentle movement in nature. By adapting the setting to your specific journey, I will help you bridge the gap between mind and body in a secure, confidential environment.
My background is in Social Care, and I have also trained as a carpenter before completing my MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy in ICHAS in Limerick in 2024.
It is a great passion of mine to work one-to-one and be given the privilege of someone’s time. What I offer to anyone in my service is a pathway to help a client understand themselves in a different and kind light. The way I try to do this is to help a person to find a way to be kind to themselves, and the world around them. Once a person finds that light it will guide them to the next step of their journey.
